Infection Control and Prevention for Our Dental Clinic
当院では患者さん皆様に、安全・安心の歯科治療を提供したいため、様々な取り組みを行っております。当院における感染対策について、是非お目通しください。
We are making an effort to provide our patients safe and secure dental treatments. Please take a look at what we are doing to prevent the infection.
セルフィーユの施工：医院のお知らせにて以前よりご報告させていただいていますように、クリニック内のウィルス対策を行っております。
セルフィーユの施工に伴う菌数データはこのようになっています。
患者さんに安心してご来院いただけるよう、歯科医院の取り組みとしては最先端の取り組みとなっています。施工前と比較して、施工後３か月経過時おいても、明らかな菌数減少の維持を継続していることがデータよりご覧いただけるかと思います。
SELFEEL: We are taking measures to prevent infections. The change in the number of bacteria by SELFEEL is shown as above.
To make sure that we provide a safe environment for the patients, our attempts to prevent dental clinic infection control are the latest. It is clear from the data that the number of the bacteria are continuously low after the preventing infection work.
スタッフの手洗いと手指消毒の励行はもちろんのこと、患者さんへの手指の消毒も行っています。
診療室への感染源の持ち込みを防ぐために、受付での手指ならびに靴底への消毒液をご用意させていただいています。
Our staffs are required disinfect hands constantly, and we are also asking for patients to sanitize their hands. To prevent bringing in the source of infection, we are preparing sanitizers for hands and shoe sole.
患者さん個々に使用する器具に対して、徹底した滅菌対応を行っています。
また使用に際しては、使用する直前に開封するように心がけ、感染予防に万全の体制を整えています。
For the use of each personal equipment, we sterilize all instruments with each patient. We make sure that we have a well-prepared system by opening the package right before it is needed in the treatment.
器具類は、高圧蒸気滅菌機（オートクレーブ）を用い、徹底した滅菌処理を行っています。
All instruments are sterilized individually with steam autoclave.
タービン（歯科用高速切削器具）等は、細部まで滅菌できるケアクレーブを使用しております。
チューブ状形態に対する器具に対しては、器具内の残留空気がなくなり、効果的に滅菌処理が可能な機器を使用しています。
High speeds, Low speeds and Ultrasonic equipments are sterilized with Care-Clave which allows us to sterilize up to the inside of instruments. Tools that are in tubular forms are sterilized with the machine, which can remove the air from inside of the tool and are able to process the sterilization effectively.
口腔外バキュームによる診療室内の飛沫防止対策も行っています。切削時の切削片を吸引することで、クリニック内での飛沫を防いでいます。
For procedures that are likely to involve splash or spatter, we use the extraoral vacuum to prevent infections.
型取りするトレーも滅菌して患者さんに使用させていただいています。また、型取りした印象も、次亜塩素酸スプレーにて消毒しております。
The impression trays are also sterilized before used in the treatment. Thus, we disinfect the taking impression materials with hypochlorous acid spray.
給水管路クリーンシステムの採用：ホームページ上の写真においてもご紹介させていただいていますが、患者さんの治療に使用する水の供給経路に関しても考慮しております。
